Member Appreciation Week: September 17 to September 21

September 17th through September 21st is all about us getting to celebrate you, our members, for all that you do to make Ackerman SFC such a great place to be. We’re so thankful that you choose to be a part of this community!

  • Monday, September 17, 2018: Ask a Trainer
    Free for Ackerman SFC fitness members only. See the front desk to sign up.

    • 8am-9am with Stacey Lim
    • 11am-12pm with Patti Lawler
    • 4:45pm-5:45pm with Stan Emmert
    • 6pm-7pm with Claire Most

  • Tuesday, September 18, 2018: Free Continental Breakfast from 6am-10am for Ackerman SFC Fitness Members.

  • Wednesday, September 19, 2018: Bring a Friend for Yoga
    Ackerman SFC members have priority. Guests must sign a waiver at the front desk.

    • 12pm-12:55pm: Yoga & Meditation
    • 6:30pm-7:25pm: Yoga

  • Thursday, September 20, 2018: Rock Wall Day
    Free for Ackerman SFC fitness members only. See the front desk to sign up.

    • 8am-9am – TRX Yoga* (Ages 16+)
    • 9:30am-10:30am – Adult/Tot Open Climb (Ages 2-5 & Adult)
    • 5pm-7pm: Free Open Climb
    • 5pm-6pm: Youth Run for Fun* (Ages 6-12)
    • 6pm-7pm: Youth Climbing Class* (Ages 5-15)
    • 7:30pm-8:30pm: Train & Climb* (Ages 16+)

  • Friday, September 21, 2018: Bring a Guest for FREE
    Guest must sign a waiver at the front desk.
